While it is relatively easy to embed a video player into a website showing 10-20 videos, the real challenge is to develop a scalable video sharing portal with up to 10,000 visitors daily, tons of indexed movies with advanced search, intense commenting, categorization, tags, and, the most important – minimum time to load the page with video content.
