Ukraine Switches to Daylight Saving Time on March 28, 2010

This Sunday, March 28, 2010 Ukraine will shift clocks forward by an hour to switch to Daylight Saving Time (DST or Summer Time). The clocks will be moved one hour forward at 1 am (01:00) Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). As nearly 70 other countries around the world, Ukraine changes clocks to make better use of daylight.
