Worldwide IT Spending to Reach $1.5 Trillion in 2010

According to one of the latest reports of IDC, the information technology market research firm, the global IT services spending by companies is expected to increase at a compound annual growth rate of 5.8% and will reach $587 billion at the end of the decade. At the same time, companies are projected to increase worldwide spending on information technologies at a compound annual growth rate of 6.3% with the spending to reach $1.5 trillion in 2010.
